A Being's Nature is that which cannot be changed without that Being becoming a different kind of Being. Natures are what typifies Beings.

The boundaries of a Being are marked by its systole and its diastole, and thus these are the gateways to other Natures. A Being changing past its systole becomes a lesser type of Being, a Being of a lesser Nature. A Being changing past its diastole becomes a Being of a greater Nature. In the case of Humanity, this latter process is called apotheosis, and it is whereby you and your spouse put off your Human Nature and take on Talon Nature.

A Being is to its Nature as the Things are to matter.

Human Nature
